2. Products & Pricing

Product prices are displayed in different currencies depending on the destination region.
Japan: Japanese Yen (JPY), inclusive of Japanese consumption tax.
Asia & Oceania: US Dollars (USD), excluding consumption tax.

Shipping fees will be calculated separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change.

3. Customs & Import Duties

Shipping fees for Asia & Oceania orders include customs duties and import taxes. No additional customs charges will be made upon delivery.
However, VAT or GST may apply upon receipt depending on your region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to inventory constraints or other circumstances, with appropriate notification to the customer.

5. Order Quantity

Orders are limited to a maximum of 5 items in total per order.

7. Limitation of Liability

SALON DE MATCHA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
