Returns & Exchanges
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference. Due to the nature of our products, returns after opening cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
In the case of initial defects (damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items), we will accept returns or exchanges for Japan domestic orders only, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance via the inquiry form or email. We may be unable to process returns that arrive without prior notice.

Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Contact made more than 7 days after delivery
- Dissatisfaction with color, shape, flavor, or other subjective reasons
- Minor scuffs or marks on outer packaging during transit (excluding significant damage)
- Products that have been opened
- Other cases deemed ineligible at our discretion
