We generally do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference. Due to the nature of our products, returns after opening cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
In the case of initial defects (damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items), we will accept returns or exchanges for Japan domestic orders only, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance via email. We may be unable to process returns that arrive without prior notice.
