How to Enjoy
With the Mini Shaker
Fill the mini shaker with water (room temperature or cooler) up to the marked line. Add one stick of matcha, close the lid tightly, and shake for about 10 seconds. After shaking, open the lid slowly. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the matcha, then add 2–3 shaker cups (40–60ml) of water for the perfect balance. You can also use hot water or milk instead, depending on your preference.
Usucha · Traditional Preparation
1stick of matcha + 60–80ml hot water (70–80°C / 158–176°F)
Matcha Latte
2-3 sticks of matcha + 150–200ml milk of choice. Sweeten if desired.
